Since they planned to celebrate afterwards with a good meal, we arranged for them to be married in an elegant intimate restaurant which was closed for the ceremony. The manager and waiter served as witnesses and after a great dining experience, I'm sure that they were well tipped too.

As for the other end of the spectrum, you know that the sky's the limit. And all of this is just to say that when you're paying top dollar to get the quality of services you require for all of the other elements of your celebration, you don't have to be a Queen's graduate to understand that trying to find the lowest priced officiant available isn't really such a brilliant move.
