We provide our officiant services in an informed, ethical, and legally sound manner. We do not offer you a cookie-cutter McWedding - we make your experience of getting hitched, easy, romantic, personal, creative, and fun, for you and your guests!

You might be quoted slightly less elsewhere, however no other officiants in the Ottawa area or GTA offer better personal service, innovation, and value for your money than we do. If finding the lowest priced wedding officiant available is really your main selection criteria, please search elsewhere now as there are so many officiants available who can offer you a more economical bare bones standard template service that everyone is so familiar with. More selective couples who are already planning to engage some other professional (e.g. photographer, caterer, DJ, etc.) because of their higher quality of product, service, and results already have an appreciation of the enhanced impact we will have on your wedding ceremony experience.

While our fees may be slightly higher for some ceremonies than other officiants who usually offer only basic services, that small difference definitely provides you a very high return on your investment. The qualitative increase is measurable. We can also point out ways in which you can save substantially on many of your other expenses so that by engaging us, you can actually reduce the overall cost of your wedding. Think about it - a superior wedding experience at a lower cost! For about the extra cost of only a few bottles of banquet wine, you can ensure that you and your guests experience a wedding ceremony with an unmatched level of service and innovation. You really don't need to wait for Oprah or Dr. Phil to advise that this decision is one which you will not regret making.

Our services to each wedding couple always consists of four or more of the following elements:

An Interview Session. This initial discussion is usually undertaken either by telephone, and most frequently in person at our home, during which we mutually establish if we are the right officiants to help you achieve your wedding vision. This no-obligation service is provided to you free of any charge.

A Planning Session. This hour long planning session at our home (or optionally at a location of your choice) enables you to more fully discuss your vision for your ceremony after which we will convey to you, everything we can do and how we can do it for you.

Ongoing Consultation by telephone, our website, and e-mail regarding the ceremony script and other wedding considerations drawing upon our extensive experience base.

A Rehearsal Session. Typically an hour or longer, your rehearsal session will have you and your bridal party completely prepared for your wedding performance, confident of projecting a poised image.

The Administrative Session. Every wedding requires about 30 minutes of preparation of the legal documentation prior to the marriage. This is actually the foundation of meeting the requirements for a legal marriage. This session then substantially reduces the actual time required for signatures during ceremony itself. After the conclusion of the ceremony, all documentation is promptly filed with the Registrar General of Ontario.

The Wedding Ceremony. Your wedding ceremony, unlike any you or your friends have ever seen, will say all the right things about you, through the words and events of your choosing.

Some couples may not require all six elements while others may require even additional assistance. Essentially, the primary difference between each of the ceremony base packages below is the additional time and expense required by us to help you coordinate the achievement of your vision for your ceremony. All base packages include a total of 50 km of travel to and from the ceremony. As the quality and creativity of the wedding ceremonies we are performing far exceeds the level most couples expect or have ever seen anywhere, we have bundled five core packages together that offer outstanding value. Just as most BMW or Lexus owners know that they can obtain cheaper transportation, the alternatives simply do not offer them the same overall satisfaction level. It is equally true with wedding officiants and ceremonies. Why settle for less when for about the cost of three bottles of banquet wine, you and your guests can enjoy an exceptional experience instead of another unforgettably mediocre one.

These fees for ceremonies conducted in the greater Ottawa region are guaranteed throughout 2008 and will also apply to all 2009 ceremonies booked by November 1, 2008. Toronto/GTA rates are similar but traffic and transportation logistical considerations may affect the final rate.

Our Elopement, Bronze, & Co-Officiated Package is $350 and it's great for couples who just want an elopement, a small ceremony (20 guests or less) or a ceremony prior to a destination wedding or an exotic location. Available Sunday to Friday and before 1 p.m. on Saturdays for ceremonies held in Ontario, this economical option includes a draft ceremony script for your personalization, ongoing telephone and e-mail consultation, access to our knowledge and experience base, officiation of your ceremony, and preparation and filing of all the legal documentation. This Elopement/Bronze/Co-Officiated Package is great value since it is about the same cost as the sterile, bland ceremony you get on weekends from City Hall (and we'll still tell you how you could save a further $65 from the $145 the Cities of Ottawa and Toronto charge for the Marriage License).

Our Silver Package at $450 is a popular service level chosen for afternoon & evening ceremonies and it includes all of the Bronze package components and even more. It is for couples who want the more extensive live consultation of a planning meeting, a slightly longer, even more personalized ceremony, and regular Q&A dialogue by phone or email. With this package we will advise you about your rehearsal, although we will not be in attendance for it. 

Our Gold Package is $600 and includes all of the Silver package components and is better suited for bridal parties of six or more people, or for a ceremony held in a prestige or unique venue such as the Museum of Civilization, NAC, National Art Gallery, Chateau Laurier etc., where achieving a crisp procession showing poise and confidence are essential. Included in this is also extensive ceremony script development and interaction as well as our participation and guidance at a rehearsal ceremony, including up to a total of 100 km of travel to and from the reheasal site.

Our Platinum Package is $750 and includes almost everything that any large or complex wedding might need as well as up to three hours of additional time from us in assisting you in the identification and selection of other service vendors. Depending upon your final choices, this package will usually pay for itself several times over through the overall savings you can achieve. As we will only recommend quality proven service providers, you can be confident in any of your choices. More importantly, you will save time and relief from stress as you are able to focus your time and attention on other priority matters.

Our Diamond Package is $1000 and includes everything in our Platinum Package. We will also come to your home or preferred location for the planning meeting, if desired. This package is for the couple that demand the very best and really want their wedding planners, musicians, photographers, and videographers to take full advantage of the unprecedented opportunities our innovative ceremonies are going to offer them. Considering what you are paying them, you don't want them miss any of the strategic occasions to capture the two of you at your very best. All of your other service providers are given unlimited meeting, phone, and email access to us prior to the ceremony to discuss and prepare for those unique moments where we can help them excel at their particular talent in showcasing the two of you.

Extras: While the above packages cover off most ceremony requirements, experience has proven that a small number of weddings do require additional time or costs.

• Planning meetings held, at the request of our clients, other than at our home in Stittsville cost an extra $100 for the additional time, gas, and car expenses.
• Rehearsals not initially booked as part of our Gold, Platinum or Diamond packages are $200 plus mileage if beyond a 50 km distance fromStittsville
• Ceremonies held beyond a 50 km distance from our base in Stittsville, calculated by MapQuest/Google Maps, cost an extra $1 per km for the added time, gas, and car expenses.
• Should commercial parking be required or parking passes not supplied directly to us, then this will be billed to you at cost.
• Should special costumes or attire be required for theme or ethnic weddings and not supplied directly to us, then these will be billed to you at cost.

In other words, if you like what you've been seeing so far, it's only going to get better.

We will also guarantee you that neither of us will book more than two wedding ceremonies on the same day and that they will be more than properly sequenced to ensure that you get the full attention and focus you deserve during your ceremony. Other officiants often schedule four or five ceremonies per day during the peak season and any type of delay early in the schedule can amplify the consequences and stress for the remaining ceremonies. You don't need this kind of pressure on your day and we'll protect you from it.

Your tentative ceremony date and time are locked out from anyone else's consideration from the moment you set your interview up with us. And it remains reserved up to the time of the interview and for 7 days thereafter. No one can take your date away from you while you are awaiting your interview with us. And you have a week afterwards to interview anyone else if you so choose.

While we are affiliates of the All Seasons Weddings network, we process all of our reservations directly ourselves and a deposit of $200 payable to Keith Langille is required to complete the booking process (all but $100 is refundable up to 4 months before the ceremony).The balance (cash or cheque payable to Keith Langille) is due, usually at the planning session or at least 2 weeks prior to your ceremony.

We also offer family members and friends of couples, the opportunity to engage our services as a gift to the lucky couple so that they can then direct their remaining resources to other priority items.

As well, we donate $100 from every wedding ceremony booked through us to a charitable fund which supports World Vision; Habitant for Humanity; Operation Go Home; The International Justice Mission; Freedom House; The Mission; Wild Bird Care Centre - Ottawa; and Soupe Populaire de Gatineau, QC.
